EVA

EVA is a copolymer of vinyl and acetic acid, with Chinese chemical name: vinyl-vinyl acetate copolymer (vinyl-vinyl acetate copolymer), and English chemical name: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer. EVA has quite a wide range of applications, and the annual market consumption in China is constantly increasing, especially in the shoe making industry, which is used in the soles and interior materials of high-grade tourist shoes, climbing shoes, slippers and sandals. Brief introduction

Vinyl-vinyl acetate copolymer, simply known simply as EVA. General vinyl acetate (VA) content is 5% -40%, compared with polyethylene (PE), EVA reduces high crystallinity, improves toughness, impact resistance, packing phase compatibility and thermal sealing performance, and is widely used in foaming shoes, functional shed film, packaging mold, thermal melt glue, wire, cable and toys.

2. EVA products with ethylene acetate content of 5%~10% are elastic films, etc.;

3. EVA, with ethylene acetate content of 20~28% is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products;

EVA is a copolymerization of LLDPE(linear low-density polyethylene) and acetic acid (VA).

Application areas

1. It is widely used in foaming shoes, functional shed film, packaging mold, hot melt glue, wire, cable, toys and other fields.

2. EVA products with ethylene acetate content of 5%~10% are elastic films, etc.;
