POE

Poe plastic is a kind of thermoplastic elastomer which uses metallocene catalyst to realize in-situ polymerization of ethylene and octene.

POE is divided into two types, one for vinyl and butylene and ethylene and high polymer.

POE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer for in situ polymerization of ethylene and ocene using metallocene catalyst, characterized by

(1) the soft chain winding structure of octylene and the crystalline ethylene chain as the physical crosslinking point, making it both excellent toughness and good processing.

(2) POE plastic in unsaturated double bond structure, has excellent anti-aging performance.

(3) The POE plastic has a narrow molecular weight distribution and good compatibility with the polyolefin.

(4) Good liquidity can improve the dispersion effect of packing, and also improve the fusion mark strength.

With the increasing content of POE plastic, the impact strength and fracture elongation of the system are greatly improved. It can be seen that POE plastic has excellent toughness effect on PP and good compatibility with PP, active calcium carbonate.

Scope of application

It is mainly used to modify and toughen PP, PE and PA, and to make bumpers, mudguards, steering wheels, pads and so on in the automotive industry. The insulation and sheath of wire and cable industry have high requirements for heat resistance and environmental resistance. Also used in industrial products such as hose, conveyor belt, adhesive tape and molded products. Medical devices, household appliances, sporting goods, toys, etc., as well as packaging film, especially suitable for low smoke halogen-free resistance fuel; Hose packaging for cosmetics, food, etc; Sports sole foam insole, insole, etc; Flame retardant masterbatch; Stretch film, winding film, all kinds of preservative film; It is also used in industrial pressing products such as hose, conveyor belt, adhesive tape and molded products.
